By accessing navytiers.com, browsing the tier list or submitting an application, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site or take part in the community's activities.

Navy is a Discord community dedicated to evaluating the skill level of Minecraft players across different PvP modes, on both premium and non-premium accounts, through tests organised by our team of testers.

This website is an informational showcase of that community: it publishes the tier list, test results, the staff team, our partners, the punishment list and the application form. It is not a game server and does not offer paid services.

To take part in the tests or submit an application you must be at least 13 years old, in line with Discord's requirements. If the minimum age for this kind of service is higher in your country, you must comply with it.

You need an active Discord account and must provide truthful information. Navy may reject or reverse any participation based on false data or on impersonating another person.

Using the site and taking part in the community is based on mutual respect. The following is expressly forbidden:

• Using cheats, macros, modified clients or any unfair advantage during a test.
• Impersonating another player, tester or staff member.
• Harassing, threatening, insulting or discriminating against other members of the community.
• Sending mass applications, spam or automated content, or attempting to bypass the form's submission limits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site's private areas, its API or its database.

The application form is voluntary and free. Submitting it does not create any employment, contractual or financial relationship with Navy, nor does it entitle you to the role you applied for.

We review applications manually and only contact the people who move forward in the process, so we cannot guarantee a reply to every submission. By applying you also accept that:

• The information you provide is truthful and belongs to you.
• You may apply again for the same role two weeks after your last submission; before that period the form will stay locked.
• We keep a record of your previous applications so we can assess how you have progressed.
• We may reject an application without explaining why, especially if we detect false data, previous punishments or breaches of these terms.

Tiers are assigned by Navy testers after a test and reflect their assessment at that moment. They can be reviewed: they may go up, go down or be removed if the player tests again, if an error is found or if cheating is confirmed.

Navy may punish players who cheat during a test and publish them in the punishments section. The tier list is provided for informational and entertainment purposes and is not an official ranking of Minecraft or of any third-party server.

The Navy name, its logo, the site design, its texts and the remaining graphic elements belong to Navy or are used with permission. They may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without prior authorisation.

Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios and Microsoft. Navy is an independent, community-built project and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Mojang Studios, Microsoft or any of their partners. The usernames and skins shown belong to their respective players.

The site relies on external services that have their own terms of use and privacy policies:

• Discord, for the community, the tests and contact with the team.
• Vimeo, to play the videos embedded on the home page.
• mc-heads.net and render.crafty.gg, to display player skins.
• Our hosting provider and its performance metrics tooling.

The site and its data are provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or that the information shown is accurate at all times, as it depends on external systems and services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Navy and its team are not liable for damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site, from service interruptions, or from decisions you make based on the published information.

We may update these Terms and Conditions when our services or the applicable regulations change. The date of the latest revision appears at the top of this page, and continued use of the site after an update implies acceptance.
